Another debut in the Cocada catalog, this time with Bernardo Pinheiro bringing a high performance Funk House in his newest single called “Run Free”. The release also features a special version remixed by the hands of Carrot Green, which he calls ‘space dub’.
Bernardo Pinheiro, from Pará, is one of the main names on the national scene when it comes to Funk and Disco Music, collecting releases based on a trustworthy signature to Brazilian, tropical and percussive music. In “Run Free”, he brought a refreshing conversation between synths and metals that connect through an orchestral balance referring to tropical boogies, with punctual percussion and breaks that raise the energy of the arrangement to the state of celebration.
For the remix, Rio de Janeiro's Carrot Green brings his smooth and hypnotic identity to a spatial reinterpretation, taking "Run Free" to Slow Disco's atmospheres. With evidence in percussion, the remix presents playful synths that dance with the original melodic essence, highlighting a clear and traveling bassline that accentuates the tropicality of the track.
